Mini: Matching work structure to organizational structure in the age of Covid (Karin Sharav-Zalkind, Mary Freiman, and Kara Orvis)
Show Notes

In human performance engineering, we talk about the notion of matching the work structure to the organizational structure, or to the informational structure, or some other dimension of human structure. That congruence, while elegant, was a theoretical concept. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have realized how important that harmony is.

MINDWORKS host Daniel Serfaty talks with workspace designer Karin Sharav-Zalkind, human language scientist Mary Freiman, and industrial organizational psychologist Dr. Kara Orvis on what we have learned from working through the COVID pandemic that we can take forward and help us reimagine work in the 21st century.
